Mother's Kiss Gives Immune to Baby

Mother to kiss her baby is a sign of affection that are not measurable. But, did you know that a mother's kiss can also be a form of protection against children, especially to prevent the disease?

A research group led by Dr Tagg found that when a mother kissing her baby, indirectly, the mother will transmit a certain type of bacteria that can help build immunity against diseases such as colds and ear inflammation

Not only that, hug the mother apparently took part in promoting recovery of the disease more quickly. These health benefits are found in a study in the Bliss Hospital, especially in children who were born prematurely in Montreal. The study involved 61 infants.

In his research, the scientists took blood samples and measuring and observing heart rate, oxygen levels in the blood and babies' facial expressions. Results showed that infants in the arms of mothers experience more rapid healing process.

These babies are entirely free from pain for three minutes after getting hugs and kisses from their mother. But when the baby is not getting the arms and the protection of the mother, there is the possibility of disease recurrence.

Ciuman Ibu Perkuat Kekebalan Bayi

Indonesian Students Change Plastic Waste into Fuel Oil

You know the plastic waste? yes ... it is rubbish which can be recycled only 1000 years once... it takes long time yeah :s  if you don't know what that plastic waste this is the picture ..: D

How about if we see the INDONESIAN student's handmade about to recyle the platic waste into fuel oil

check it out ;)

Foreign companies are doing the design of sewage treatment in the city of Samarinda, East Kalimantan. According to the plan's garbage will be processed into fuel oil (BBM) of gasoline and diesel.
Head of Department Cleaning and Landscaping Samarinda in Samarinda Marwansyah, explains, the exposure was carried out by the company, but for the agreement has not been done because it is still carried out a feasibility study.
"If in this feasibility study there is a match, and Samarinda viable waste processing plant was built into the fuel, we then carried out the cooperative agreement, by both parties," he said, as reported by Reuters, Thursday, July 1, 2010.
Marwansyah said the current production of waste generated from Samarinda residents an average of 1,200 cubic meters per day. Of this type, it will be sorted dry waste and wet waste, because that can be processed into fuel is a waste of plastic.
Plastic waste is often a problem as long as in major cities. Besides can not decompose and unmanageable, this type of waste can also pollute the soil. It took hundreds of years to make biodegradable plastic waste.
Even if biodegradable plastic, but plastic particles will actually poison the soil. Meanwhile, if the plastic burned, it will produce fumes that are harmful to human breathing.
In Korea, plastic waste is processed into diesel and gasoline. For processing, of 23 tons of plastic waste that can produce 30 thousand liters of diesel.
Way in which to produce fuel from plastic is plastic waste processed and heated to a temperature of 450 degrees centigrade. Heating using a tool called Recycle Oil Machine.
From the results of heating oil is obtained in the form of 60 percent diesel and 40 percent gasoline. When used for motor fuel gasoline type, yet good quality of processed plastics. But solarnya much better quality. Even in Korea have been used for vehicles.
According Marwansyah, processing of plastic waste into oil is one good solution in the city of Samarinda, the article had been such a huge waste production makes its own problems for the environment.
"From 1200 waste was potentially produce about 10 thousand liters of fuel after sorted. The potential is certainly encouraging. We hope that this plan can be realized so that local communities can also become empowered workforce," he said again.

Japannese Secret : How to Success

1. Toil
It is common knowledge that the Japanese are hard workers. Average working hours of employees in Japan is 2450 hours / year, very high compared to the U.S. (1957 hours / year), UK (1911 hours / year), Germany (1870 hours / year), and France (1680 hours / year) . An employee in Japan could produce a car in 9 days, while workers in other states require 47 days to make a car that is worth the same. A Japanese worker may be said to be doing the work normally done by 5-6 people. Home early is something that can be said "somewhat embarrassing" in Japan, and indicates that the employee was included "not required" by the company.
2. Shame

Shame is the ancestral and hereditary culture of Japan. Harakiri (suicide by sticking a knife into the stomach) becomes a ritual since the era of the samurai, when they lost the battle. Log into the modern world, the discourse was little changed to the phenomenon of "resign" for officials (ministers, politicians, etc.) involved the problem of corruption or feel like a failure performing their duties. Possible negative effects are the children of elementary, junior high school who sometimes commit suicide, because its value is ugly or not the next grade. Embarrassed also the Japanese people prefer to choose a detour rather than interfere with the driver behind the cut line in the middle of the road. They are ashamed of their environment when they break the rules or norms that have become common agreement.

3. Scrimp
The Japanese have a zest for life-saving in everyday life. Excessive anti-consumerism attitude is seen in various areas of life. In the early beginning of life in Japan, I was amazed at the number of Japanese people crowded shopping at the supermarket at about 19:30. Quizzed had inquired, it has become commonplace in Japan that supermarkets will cut prices up to half in about half an hour before closing. As it is known that the supermarket in Japan the average closed at 20:00.
4. Loyalty
Loyalty to make a career in a corporate system running and cleanly. Slightly different from the system in America and Europe, are very rare Japanese people who move jobs. They usually stay in one or two companies until retirement. This may be the implications of Industry in Japan that most would only accept fresh graduates, which they train and educate themselves in accordance with the field plots (core business) company.
5. Innovation
Japan is not the inventor, but the Japanese have an advantage in finding people to mix and then market it in the form of a demand by the public. Interesting to read the story of Akio Morita, who developed the legendary Sony Walkman. Tape cassette is not found by Sony, patent owned by Phillip Electronics. But to successfully develop and bundling portable model as a product that is booming for decades was Akio Morita, founder and CEO of Sony at that time. Until 1995, there were more than 300 models of Walkman was born and the total production reached 150 million products. Mechanical assembly of four-wheeled vehicles are also not created by the Japanese, patent owned by Americans. But it turned out to Japan with its innovative vehicle assembly industry can develop a faster and cheaper.
6. Abstinence Surrender

History proves that Japan includes a resilient nation and never give up. Tens of years under the Tokugawa empire that covers the access to overseas, Japan is behind in technology. When the restoration of Meiji (Meiji Ishin) came, the Japanese quickly adapt and become a fast-learner. Poverty is not natural resources also make Japan surrender. Not only is the importer of petroleum, coal, iron ore and wood, even 85% of Japan's energy sources are from other countries including Indonesia. They say if Indonesia stops the supply of oil, then 30% of Japan be pitch dark. Series of disasters occurred in 1945, starting from the atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan followed with a losing war, and added in the presence of a major earthquake in Tokyo. Apparently Japan is not exhausted. In the next few years Japan has been successful in establishing the automotive industry and even the fast train (Shinkansen). Probably quite amazing how Konosuke Matsushita whose business was destroyed and nearly out of business electronic equipment in 1945 is still able to crawl, start from scratch to build the industry so that it becomes a business empire in the contemporary era. Akio Morita was also originally to be laughed at when offering products the tape small cassette into various countries. But eventually a legend with the Sony Walkman. What is also quite unique that the science and theory in which people must learn from this failure began to be formulated in Japan under the name shippaigaku (the science of failure). Sometime I will peel more on this

7. Reading Culture

Do not be surprised if you come to Japan and into the Densha (electric train), most of the passengers both children and adults are reading books or newspapers. No matter sitting or standing, many of which utilize the Densha time to read. Many publishers are beginning to make man-ga (picture comics) curriculum materials for both elementary school, junior high and high school. Lessons of History, Biology, Language, etc. are presented with interesting people who make the higher interest in reading. I've discussed the problem of educational comic on this blog. Read the Japanese culture is also supported by the speed in the process of translation of foreign books (english, french, german, etc.). The legend says that the legend of the translation of foreign books was started in 1684, as the construction of the institute of translation and continues to develop until modern times. Usually the Japanese translation of the book is available in a few weeks since foreign books published.
8. Cooperation Group
Culture in Japan is not very accommodating work that is too individualistic. Including claims of employment, usually intended for team or group. This phenomenon is not only the world of work, the condition of the campus with his research lab is like that, do the tasks subjects are usually also in the form of the group. Working in groups is probably one of the greatest strengths of the Japanese. There is an anecdote that "a professor of Japanese people to be inferior to one American professor, only 10 of the American professors will not be able to beat 10 people in groups of Japanese professors." Consensus agreement or often referred to as "Rin-gi" is a ritual in the group. Strategic decisions must be discussed in the "rin-gi"....

Sampah Plastik Diubah Menjadi Bahan Bakar

Anda tau sampah plastik ?
